If within 14 days of purchase date you wish to return your purchase, contact us right away and Dreamcatcher will issue a store credit for the purchase price upon receipt of the undamaged and complete item(s).
No cash refunds are given.
Merchandise damaged in shipping:
All merchandise is packed with care. Any damage due to shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may arrange for your return with UPS.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
